Mr G Cull - BSc. C. Eng: Director, GN Construction & Pelstone Ltd
Graduate in Civil Engineering, member of the Institute of Civil Engineers. Supervising Officer for the ICE responsible for overseeing training of Engineers for professional Membership.
Forty five years in the civil engineering, building and fabrication industry in UK and abroad. Semi retired in 1988 as CEO of Mabey Group of Companies with turnover of £40m and a profit before tax of £6.0 million.
From 1988 onwards have taken interest in various companies, including a building company in Woodhall Spa.
In 1996 one son joined the Company and in 2000 the second son joined. The objective is to develop a successful building, property and associated activities group of companies. The business plan laid down in 2000 is achieving this.

Nick has 23 years experience as a Civil Engineer in the construction and civil engineering industry. He has experience within both public and private sector including British Rail/Rail Track, London Underground, Housing Association and Group 4 Security. Nick also spent four years on high-class refurbishment projects in London for private clients.
Nick started as site foreman, and has subsequently held positions as site engineer, site agent and Project Manager. His last job before moving to GN Construction in 1995 was as Project Manager for the £12m refurbishment of the Northern Line for London Underground.
Nick undertakes a multitude of roles within GN Construction Ltd but is predominately responsible for all construction related issues.

An Economist by profession with an MBA from Warwick University, Matt has 9 years experience with an international consultancy firm. His experience has included managing, marketing and business development; liasing and advising international government clients on economic, trade and tax issues; project managing the proposal and bid team for a £23mill customs and tax project in Mozambique, which was subsequently won; project managing a £1mill contract for the supply and implementation of a computerised customs tax system in Latvia. Other short term assignments have included working for the Office of the President of Nigeria, undertaking a high level study on the reform of both direct and indirect tax administration organisations; review of tax and trade policies in Mozambique and short term assignments in Ghana, Vietnam, Barbados, Jamaica and the Maldives
Matt joined the family business in 2001 where many roles are undertaken, although his primary responsibility is for finance, project management, business and client development.
Derek Hall – Non-executive Director, GN Construction
Derek is a qualified accountant with more than 40 years of experience in accountancy and business in general.
Having trained with a national firm he gained experience in industry as chief accountant for ten years with an engineering group until they were sold to a public company.
Derek became senior partner of the Milton Keynes office of Mazars Neville Russell in 1982. As this was a new town, it required building a practice from almost nothing. In 1998 he became regional partner having responsibility for four offices with a turnover of £7.5 million and a staff of nearly 200.
During his time as senior and regional managing partner Derek also retained a client base. These included international listed companies. He specialised in helping and advising clients on acquisitions and growing their business.

Derek has been advising GN Construction Limited from incorporation and is currently its Non-executive Director.
